frameworks, I apply the same to the fitness principle. It is based on the article by Dr. Rajat Chauhan. I have chosen the flywheel model to represent it. The Flywheel model is a concept popularized by James Colin in his book ‘Good to Great’.It describes an approach where the momentum builds upon itself, much like a flywheel gaining speed with each turn.
